This is actually not a patio but room has access to steps and there is are in front where you can put table and chair

There is a private clinic that does testings so you can go there and do it. Results you will get in English of course. It is about 2 and a half km away from old town

Very nice stay at Villa St. Vitus

I really liked the stay at Villa St. Vitus! The host was very forthcoming and friendly, even when our flight had a delay. The location was just like in the photos, the room was quite big, with air conditioning, hair dryer and so on.

Spacious and nice room

Spacious room and the apartment was located inside city walls so in good location. The host was friendly and gave us some recommendations regarding our stay.

The soundproofing was nearly non-existent, meaning noise from the street and from the common space kept us up for some time. If we weren't in good shape the stairs to the apartment could habe become problematic, but this is the case in Dubrovnik in general.

Great value for money accommodation in the heart of the city.

Great location just off the Main Street. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant is a short walk away in a beautiful setting just up from the Jesuit steps. An exceptional host, super helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Don’t be put off by the steps mentioned in other reviews everywhere in Dubrovnik is up or down steps all adding to the charm of the city which is stunning.

Great place to experience the old town.

Great location inside city wall. Our host, Bozo, is one of the best we have had in our travels. He arranged airports transfers and took time to show us the property and gave recommendations for food. We loved the breakfast-which is a little walk-but worth every step. It was a bit noisy at night, but being closer to the top of the steps was not as busy as we expected. A/C worked well and was needed for our stay.

The Wi-Fi is spotty due to the stone walls.

Wonderful

A lovely stay, Božo was a brilliant host. Very accommodating of our requests and helpful with things like storing luggage till our flight. He also printed my boarding pass which I forgot to do! The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you would need and the location was perfect for exploring into Old Town but also for getting out into the rest of the city

All in a all a great place to stay to enjoy the old down of Dubrovnik

Fantastic location, awesome breakfast though at not at the same location as the rooms.

Not a fault of the venue, bare in mind this is a venue set in the old town, there are stairs, lots of them, it is Dubrovnik after all.

Fantastic, Amazing, Excellant

Everything, had top floor appartment. The views are unbelievable across the whole of the Old Town of Dubrovnik with the Sea View to left and right and Locrum Island on the left. Very well equipped kitchen on ground floor with everything needed for cooking, storing food etc. Bozo is most amazing host, our appt wasn't being used on day we left so allowed us to stay in app't as our flight was 9pm. If you allow Bozo arrange airport pick up and drop off, it is cheaper than taxis and very good drivers. Extra tip, for Day Trips, go outside Pile Gate, turn left walk 2 minutes along road there is small stand where excursions are sold. If you pay cash you can on excursions for 50 euros instead of 60 euros. You're welcome

Accommodation in cities like Dubrovnik are not characterized by luxury and facilities. what one needs is the proximity t

proximity to the peripheral road and the absolute center of the old city. It was clean. the AC was working fine. the shared kitchen was clean and well fitted. check in and check out was perfect; communication with the administration (Bozo) the best.

THIS NOT A PROPERTY ISSUE but the city layout where there are too many irregular and steep steps to reach the Main Street Stradun. most housing in the core city of Dubrovnik are built “up the hill” in this way. We are not the fittest people plus an unexpected broken elbow and damaged knee brought on some difficulty for us. We searched for easier routes to commute to and from the accommodation and there is wide stair free and scenic pathway. Bring your walking stick if you identify with us. SHOULD WE RETURN TO Dubrovnik we would still WANT TO STAY IN THE WALLED CITY. MOST IMPORTANTLY Bozo who runs the place was a god sent Angel for us and helped with the luggage and even at the odd hours of our check in and checkout. he also arranged affordable top class taxis to and from the airport. THANKS AGAIN BOZO!!

Из плюсов - кондиционер и завтрак в кафе Фестиваль.

В городе каждые полчаса звонит КОЛОКОЛ. Ночью невозможно выспаться. Старое здание, картонные стены, щели в окнах, ВСЕ СЛЫШНО. Кровать стоит в коридоре! Слышимость ужасная!!! Мы не смогли выспаться за 2 недели ((( это очень ужасно для отпуска. Слышно соседей не только под вами, но и тех, кто проходит мимо и из соседних домов. Если кто-то поднимается по лестнице в доме - грохот ужасный, двери хлопают и т.д. На фото при бронировании ванна была в комнате, когда приехали - там уже возвели стенку. Так что фото не соответствуют. Не рекомендую брать это жилье больше чем на 1-2 дня.

Location is really good. The room is clean and cool.

The location is very good - if you are fit to climb long stairs every day.

The room was ok, but there was a strange smell that did not disappear during our stay. One light bulb was missing in the bathroom, and it was not replaced even when asked. The kitchen is some stairs away.

- Noise from upstairs is very audible. It’s so audible you can hear every conversation almost, and certainly what’s on TV. - Noise from outside is also quite bad. Exacerbated by the city bells that ring in the morning so sleeping in is hard. - Front door is really hard to close - No where to hang towels - Hot water seemed to run out fairly quickly. Probably couldn’t have two showers in a row. - No door mat so when it’s wet it’s hard to dry off shoes before entering.

Fantastic host, great value for money

The property was clean, and spacious with a fridge and kitchen great location if you are fit as 130 steep steps to get to get to it from the old town.

Too many steps to get to it, hot Ayer ran out very quickly. Two people couldn’t have a shower one after the other needed to wait at least 69/90 minutes for more hot water.
